Hi my children want to join a gym what is the age they can join?
Hi, currently the minimum age is 16 to use the fitness suite. We are however looking into introducing gym classes for younger children in the future.
I would like to enquire about you small room. for my brazilian jiu-jitsu jitsu class please. What is the cost ,size and availability?

Hi Karolina, no we don’t have gymnastic classes here. However we do have a major cheerleading group here, they run cheer for fun classes which involve an element of gymnastics. If you would like more information please e-mail info@cdcheer.co.uk
